2. What data we process

• Identification and contact data: first name, last name, e-mail, phone.
• Booking data: stay dates, accommodation type, number of guests, booking status.
• Technical data: data obtained through necessary cookies and, optionally, analytics/marketing tools.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

• Handling the booking and communication about the stay - performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps.
• Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting) - legal obligation.
• Analytics and marketing tools - consent via the cookie bar.

4. Data retention period

• We keep the contact details of a completed stay for 3 years from the end of the calendar year in which the stay took place, in case of related claims. After that we anonymise them.
• For cancelled bookings and bookings that did not take place, we anonymise the contact details once 12 months have passed since the cancellation.
• After anonymisation only the dates, the type of accommodation and the number of guests remain, which can no longer be linked to a specific person.
• We keep accounting documents for the period set by legal regulations.

5. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be made available to contractual processors who help us operate the booking system, e-mail communication and analytics tools, always to the extent necessary for the given purpose.
