1. Operator

2. Booking and formation of the contract

• A booking is made via the web form, by e-mail or by phone.
• Submitting the form creates a booking request, not an automatically confirmed booking.
• A booking is confirmed only after availability is verified and a confirmation is delivered by the operator.

3. Price and payment terms

• The price of the stay is communicated during the booking correspondence or according to the current offer.
• The operator may require a deposit for the stay; the deposit terms are always stated when the booking is confirmed.
• The balance of the price is paid according to the operator's instructions (in advance by bank transfer or on site).

4. Cancellation terms

• A booking must be cancelled as soon as possible by e-mail or phone.
• If a deposit has been paid, cancellation terms are assessed individually based on the cancellation date and occupancy.
• The operator reserves the right to charge reasonable cancellation costs.

5. Stay rules

• The guest is obliged to follow the grounds' operating rules and the operator's instructions.
• Quiet hours are normally set from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• The guest is liable for any damage caused during the stay by them or by persons accompanying them.

6. Personal data protection

Information about the processing of personal data is provided on the Privacy Policy page. By submitting a booking the guest acknowledges the processing of data to the extent necessary to handle the booking and the communication related to the stay.
